Indeed I have a bad taste in my mouth in this establishment, they performed the service and some repairs, I ended up paying them almost $ 10,000 pesos, plus all the money that entails not having your vehicle, I even had to pay a tow truck to return it because the first time they didn't leave it right, I had to load $ 1600 of gasoline in less than a week, and as mentioned in previous comments, Mr. Victor washes his hands by telling you "I think..." he applied it to me with the Gasonilina telling me that he believed that they had scammed me with the gas, and they are not responsible for mistreatment of the vehicle. Now that I went to my trusted mechanic no less than a month after taking it to CMG, because I was there for more than 15 days, constantly going with Mr. Victor, in fact I have my notes and everything because I am going to proceed before PROFECO, they put in chili, sweet, mole and pozole spark plugs, it even seems that they reused some that they removed from another vehicle and put them in mine and they gave it to me with more problems than it had and the new repairs are going to be more expensive also because of the bad diagnosis I will not take it again, but I do want you to know that I will proceed legally. Terrible service yesterday March 21, 2024, my husband went to the alignment service and they did not do the job well, they left it worse than it was and also scratched the rims and the paint, the entire car had just been painted including the rims, and the gentlemen scratched the four rims and a door which totally matches the platform and the spiders they use, when I complained that the alignment had not been done well, their arguments may be, or I think, if they do not have the capacity to do the job well, it is better to say before affecting that they do not know, they are not responsible, also in the end the manager tried to hit my husband, but when he saw the difference in size he already became small, they are not responsible for the damages and before the bureaucratic responses from their customer service area, they send an email, etc. etc., there is no way to proceed legally. Suggestion: do not take it there, they are not trained.
