I definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth after visiting this establishment. They serviced my car and did some repairs, but I ended up paying them almost $10,000 pesos, plus all the money I spent without my vehicle. I even had to pay for a tow truck to get it back because they didn't fix it properly the first time. I had to spend $1,600 pesos on gas in less than a week, and as others have mentioned in previous comments, Mr. Victor washes his hands of the matter, saying "I think..." He tried to pull a fast one on me with the gas, telling me he thought I'd been ripped off. And they refuse to take responsibility for any damage to the vehicle. Now that I went to my trusted mechanic, it's been at least a month since I took it to CMG. I was taking it to Mr. Victor for over 15 days straight, and I even have my notes because I'm going to file a complaint with PROFECO (the Mexican consumer protection agency). They put in spark plugs that were practically useless—it seems like they reused some they took from another vehicle and put them in mine. They gave it back to me with even more problems than before, and the new repairs are going to cost me more because of the misdiagnosis. I'm never taking it back there, but I want you to know that I will be taking legal action. Thank you very much.

Terrible service yesterday March 21, 2024, my husband went to the alignment service and they did not do the job well, they left it worse than it was and also scratched the rims and the paint, the entire car had just been painted including the rims, and the gentlemen scratched the four rims and a door which totally matches the platform and the spiders they use, when I complained that the alignment had not been done well, their arguments may be, or I think, if they do not have the capacity to do the job well, it is better to say before affecting that they do not know, they are not responsible, also in the end the manager tried to hit my husband, but when he saw the difference in size he already became small, they are not responsible for the damages and before the bureaucratic responses from their customer service area, they send an email, etc. etc., there is no way to proceed legally. Suggestion: do not take it there, they are not trained.
