Very poor service; I give it zero stars because my experience from start to finish was terrible: apathetic treatment, non-compliance, deception, errors, without any guilt or concern for having made me wait more than a month.

I felt the staff was very apathetic. I contacted Mr. Erik Coronado and we decided to go to this workshop because they supposedly offered early intervention, but the experience turned out to be quite the opposite.

Very bad customer service with the lady who is there now, a skinny lady with glasses, where she thinks she is doing me a favor with an aggressive and bad sales strategy, apart from a coworker who wears shorts with tennis shoes without socks who seems like he is at home, also rude and uneducated, and finally I bought my tires there three years ago and now they are very expensive compared to three years ago, today I do not recommend them at all...

Terrible service. I called to get an estimate and they told me they were fully booked until Wednesday. I wanted to pay to take advantage of the Black Friday deals, but they never sent me the payment information. I went to the branch and they refused to serve me because they said I had gone to another location. I've been a customer there for years, and of course I didn't make a mistake. Another day I wanted to get my car aligned, and it was about 40 minutes before closing time. They refused to do the service because it was too late and they didn't have time, so I had to go back the next day. They finally did the alignment in 5 minutes. The service is awful. It's a shame for the brand because I really like their tires, but the service is terrible.

Terrible service. I requested information to pay for some tires via bank transfer, and they never sent me the information. I had to go to the branch that same day to pay, and the woman refused to help me. She denied that I had spoken to her, but I'm a customer at the store, so I'm sure it was the right one. I got the phone number from right here. I really like the tire brand. But I received terrible service from this store. If it were up to me, I wouldn't even give them a try. I'll just give them one to post my comment.
