Excellent service. They helped me with a spare tire, and a technician accompanied me a few blocks to my vehicle to install the new tire. They lent me tools (jack and lug wrench). Miss Estefanía provided great service and attention. Thank you, Luis, for coming to install the tire.

The service and attention are terrible. It seems like there are only two people working there right now. To begin with, the receptionist, I think her name is Estefanía, is very rude and dismissive. Honestly, her poor service doesn't help the business at all. And then there are no mechanics, it's closed during the week, or even after a certain time they stop serving you because they close early, around 5 pm. The owners should think more about their customers and take action regarding their staff.

I had several services done there, and the staff is excellent, from the person who greets you at reception to the technicians and everyone else. They did the service super fast and have flexible and competitive prices. I highly recommend them for tire changes, computer alignments, shock absorber replacements, and advice on identifying problems that are imperceptible to the naked eye.
