The service and attention are terrible. It seems like there are only two people working there right now. To begin with, the receptionist, I think her name is Estefanía, is very rude and dismissive. Honestly, her poor service doesn't help the business at all. And then there are no mechanics, it's closed during the week, or even after a certain time they stop serving you because they close early, around 5 pm. The owners should think more about their customers and take action regarding their staff.

I've had several services performed for them, and the staff is excellent, from the person who greets you at the front desk to the technicians and everyone there. They provided super-fast service and offer flexible and competitive prices. I highly recommend them for tire changes, computerized alignment, shock absorber replacements, and assistance in identifying problems that aren't obvious to the naked eye.

Terrible service, they've aligned my vehicle 5 times and it's still not fixed... The technicians are not properly trained to do the necessary work.
