It was fine at first. But now my car has several problems, even though it didn't have any of these issues before. In the first month, the alignment went out of alignment, the steering wheel vibrates when braking, and there's a persistent noise that they've already replaced, supposedly related to that noise. It only went away for a while, and after two months, it's back to how I brought it in. It seems they messed up a lot of the suspension because it's not right at all, and they were supposed to be minor adjustments. It was just the mounting brackets and shock absorbers, and that's it. It shouldn't have all these problems. And at the end of the inspection when they handed it over, they said everything was fine, but then these problems start happening shortly after... it's not normal if everything is in order, as they claim. If there are problems, they should be diagnosed right away, especially if they're going to start appearing after a few months. They filled the tires with nitrogen, and they said I should go back every 15 days to have them inflated because when I went, they were very low, and it had only been about a month and a half. I'd never heard that it needs to be calibrated every 15 days... I understand it's about every 6 months. It depends a lot on usage, but the car is used in this area, so the wear and tear isn't that significant for such a short time. And the last thing I noticed is that one of the five lug nuts is missing. I always give them the pliers and the locking lug nut, but apparently they didn't put one on. The mechanic is a bit absentminded because once they forgot to give me the pliers and the locking lug nut. With all these details, I really don't know how he does his job anymore when it's clear that none of the repairs have been done properly. I also took another car, and they told us to bring it in at 9:00. We took it, and they said no, that we'd have to bring it the next day because there was another truck that had also been scheduled for that time, but it had arrived first, so they couldn't take it... They should have just told me that whoever arrives first gets served... 🙄 In the end, we took it back the next day, and they called in the afternoon, saying they were supposed to have it ready, only to tell us it had to stay until the following day because they had ordered the wrong part and were going to replace it... By this point, they were already disassembling the car and couldn't deliver it, so we were left without a car for another day without having considered it.

The service is provided by very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. The tire replacement, nitrogen filling, and subsequent alignment are very professional. I highly recommend this place.
