The attention from the manager or person in charge is very attentive and friendly, but not so much from their operators or mechanics. A few days ago I went for service. The mechanic who attended me, I think, was more busy not getting his hair messed up than providing good service. Unfortunately, he is not capable of his job and unfortunately he did a terrible job on the vehicle that I brought, overtightening some nuts and another nut leaving it loose and this in suspension is a total risk for the owner of the vehicle, putting the physical integrity of the owner of the vehicle at risk. The work done was to file a claim against the workshop. It was not decided to complain since it is tiring to argue with poorly prepared people. I do not speak for the manager, he is very attentive and friendly, but rather for his staff. I hope that management pays more attention to some of its staff and checks if they have real verifiable experience in their work. Advice if you are going to take your vehicle to this workshop due to the bad experience with the work done, have it checked by another trusted mechanic.
