Terrible service. I don't recommend it. I arrived after buying four tires for my car and booking the services they offered via WhatsApp, but the reception staff didn't explain anything. I had to ask myself what the next steps were, and only then did they tell me they were about to start, without mentioning how long it would take. Later, they vaguely informed me that it would be two hours.
When I returned, they simply handed me the keys and charged me, without telling me where my car was. I had to go looking for it myself. I left annoyed, and although I confirmed that they had installed the four tires, the next day I noticed that two lug nuts were missing.
When I complained, they insisted they had installed them and that if they weren't there, it was because my car had come without them. However, I had recently had the car serviced at the dealership, and they didn't report any missing lug nuts. In short, a terrible experience from beginning to end.

I got tires at an excellent price by taking advantage of a promotion. The attentive and caring service from manager José Franco and technician Bryan was fast and thorough, but he's lonely! They already have enough customers to hire more staff. They would improve their service, and they wouldn't put so much pressure on the existing staff. That would be my suggestion.

I found the service provided by José Franco and Bryan Medina to be excellent; they were highly trained and friendly at all times. I am very satisfied with the result of the installation of my Michelin tires, as well as the balancing and alignment they performed.
