With all due respect.
This shop is a dump and they're complete scammers. I went in for my major service and it turns out I needed a brake system replacement. I had it done, paid 13,500 pesos, and they returned my car to me in terrible condition and with a horrible noise when I brake.
And it turns out they didn't do an alignment or balancing because "I also had to replace my shock absorbers, it's not worth doing that service," even after I'd already paid.
Mr. Pedro Montoya doesn't deliver. Don't even bother coming here. The worst part is they don't offer a warranty or take responsibility for their shoddy work.

I give this rating hoping that you take the time to see the different opinions and thus improve. I had previously performed different services with them, tire changes, brake changes and alignment on different vehicles, but the last time I contacted them for a quote I had a bad experience since I kept insisting on the quote and several days went by and I did not receive it. The customer service is poor.

Terrible service. I left my car with them, and they dented the passenger-side rear door. I asked for a video, and they gave me the runaround, refusing to take responsibility. They also handed me the car in a filthy state inside and out. It had grass on it! I demand they take responsibility for the dent and get an immediate response from José Luis. I truly do not recommend this place at all.

Para el gerente de esta sucursal el cual no se encuentra en este momento, uno de los muchachos que laboran me rompe la manija de la puerta de mi camioneta y el cual se niega a pagar porque según ya venía así cuando en el momento que intento abrir la puerta la jaló tan fuerte que se escuchó cómo la rompió, espero y se tomen medidas en el asunto o se revisen las cámaras para que se compruebe que el señor rompe la manija.
