It's a clean place, the waiting area is comfortable and pleasant, and they offer water or soda while you wait.

Terrible service. They always say they're busy, but their mechanics aren't doing anything. The cars are just sitting there, not even changing tires.

Terrible service. The mechanics get into the cars with dirty hands and clothes, leaving my steering wheel covered in grease.
