I reported improper handling and damage to my car's rims during a wheel mounting and balancing service. I was notified upon leaving the premises on June 17, 2025. Today, August 6, they are no longer responding to my inquiries or providing a solution to my complaint.

I found a great deal on Michelin tires with them, but the service was terrible. I don't know why they make you make an appointment if they don't honor it. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and they didn't see me until 12:30 PM, claiming they were only going to check the other person's tires… It took over an hour to change and balance my tires.
My recommendation is to avoid the hassle and go somewhere else.

If you're going to get nitrogen in your tires, ask for your receipt and your ID card because I went for a refill for my tire that got a puncture from a nail and they told me I needed the card, which they never gave me. Oh, and the gray-haired man at the entrance has a terrible attitude.
