I was sent to this "company" by Banorte Insurance to replace my tires. The service was TERRIBLE; they don't answer, they don't provide any information, they haven't followed up, and I still don't know what happened to my tires.
It's sad that the people who work for this company do such a mediocre job. I don't think the managers of this place are unaware of this, but it's a shame they offer such poor service and customer care. If you can avoid this place, do so. Michelin Car Service is much better.

Excellent service from the technicians, I can't say the same about the unfriendly-looking desk technicians.
