I can't give zero stars, otherwise I would. I bought four tires outright and also paid for the alignment, only for them to leave the steering wheel crooked. I went back to have it fixed, and they left it crooked again. I went back to complain that same day, and it turns out my car is the problem, which is why the alignment is still wrong. It's worth mentioning that my vehicle didn't have a crooked steering wheel or any steering problems before I took it in, but I decided to pay for the alignment to be sure it would be perfectly aligned. Also, when they put the tires on, I asked them to fill them with nitrogen, and they made them incredibly hard, so much so that the car felt very stiff. I checked the tire pressure, and it was at 45 psi.

Terrible service. They threaten and coerce you into going immediately or they'll take away your discount. They use an aggressive and very rude tone of voice. They are completely unsympathetic and have no understanding.
They call you when you're at work, and if you tell them you're about to go into a hearing, they continue to threaten and coerce you. Very bad behavior; they try to intimidate you in an arrogant and aggressive manner.

The staff, with a little extra work beyond their usual routine, gets overwhelmed and does things poorly. Personally, the girl who gave me the tire quote... when it came time to pay, I told her I only wanted one tire. The truth is, I only needed one more since I had a new one in the trunk. In the end, I opted for two, but on a 12-month payment plan, which would bring the total to approximately $300 per month. It turns out that she charged me for both tires in a single payment, and now I have to pay the entire amount on my next credit card statement. I told her a thousand times that I wanted them on the monthly payment plan. In conclusion, I was not satisfied.
