Grimaldi Bucerías provided a 1000% better service experience than the dealer. They took pictures and documented the entire process and provided updates periodically. I would recommend them for all your vehicles needs.

Bought 4 new Michelin tires here and was very happy with the purchase. However, one tire developed a bulge on the inside after only 5000 kilometers. I was forced to buy a new tires elsewhere to get home safely. When I returned to Grimaldi Bucerias they told me they could not warranty the tire because I had not come back for a rotation before it reached 106553 km. Funny thing is they did not even bother to check my mileage which was Uber that mileage. They just refused to warranty the tire without even checking my car. I am very disappointed and will certainly never return here for any future business. I will be sure to share my experience with friends and family as well. The tire was clearly defective.

We had the brakes and 2 new tires installed on our truck recently. Erika and staff gave us excellent same day service. Service was very fair and honest the mechanics showed me exactly what needed to be done. Keep up the great work team Grimaldi

I'm extremely happy to have found this place. Very positive experience. I had 2 front tires replaced, high speed balancing, front discs, rotors and calipers done. Plus an oil change!! Erica sent me pictures of all new parts and installation of parts. I felt very confident with the technician who worked on it. Very professional!!
The price was very reasonable and what I was expecting!!
The service advisor Erica spoke very good English, much better than my Spanish for sure.

We purchase tires at the Bucerias store of Michelin. Erika in the office was very, very helpful. Her English was OK as was my Spanish, but she made the experience good.
Carlos the mechanic was very helpful as well.
The only comment is I had to wait many days for the tires for our Highlander, almost a week. I hope the Owners think about how to reduce the time to just 2 or 3 days maximum. Guadalajara is now 1/2 day drive away, so it makes no sense to make customers wait almost a week.
I will return to shop with Erika and team again.
