Excellent service and very honest. I took my utility vehicle in to have the throttle body reprogrammed and it worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

TERRIBLE SERVICE... If you're thinking of taking your vehicle, think twice... I've had to take it twice, and they still didn't leave it in perfect condition. I preferred not to waste my time there, all because I didn't want to take it to the dealership. I only went in to change the shock absorbers and struts. Day 1: I left them all day (10:30 a.m. to 6:20 p.m.) for them to do that work... 1. The staff who inspected it did a really bad inspection. On their report card, they wrote that it had 84,000 km when the car has over 96,000. They said the tires were R17 when they're actually R16. They put the tire pressure at 32 when I always have them calibrated at 40, and in fact, this time one was at 25, and they still said everything was fine. 2. When they delivered it to me, I made a very loud rumble, and the car was shifting to one side (out of alignment)... details the vehicle didn't have. Day 2: At 8:30 I took it to them... 3. They checked it out and, as soon as they fixed it, I took it for a test drive with the mechanic, and it continued to rumble. 4. They called me until 6:30 and told me it was done... apparently it was already scheduled, and I was going home. Day 3: At 4:00 I tried to leave for my trip, which I had postponed for two days, and, oh surprise, after 100 kilometers it started to vibrate. Unfortunately, I had to leave the vehicle, and since the supposed labor warranty was 15 days and my return was in a month, it no longer applied.

Previous visits good service, last visit terrible the person who serviced my car couldn't do anything he spent his time with one hand holding the cigarette and the other wanting to work, he left screws loose, I went back to have them tightened and Cuahutemoc Acoltzi served me, (I told him that the person with glasses shouldn't smoke at work because it prevents him from paying attention and that he would apply discipline, he came out with that when I went to check the car before the repair he hadn't charged me for the inspection, and he started babbling, maybe not charging me for the inspection is to leave poorly assembled parts)

I want to thank Llantas Mundiales for their excellent service. I'll tell you my story. I was about to hit the road, and thanks to the problem they detected with my car, I didn't have an accident. Always take it with you before you go out. Many thanks to all the guys at Llantas Mundiales.
