The experience was terrible. They left us waiting and served us reluctantly. Customers were coming and going, and we weren't served because we had bought online; even the receptionist told us that they always give preference to people who buy in-store, which is unfair since ultimately you're buying from the same store.

Today, December 9, 2024, at approximately 1:50 pm, I went to the Prodynamics Colosio branch in Aguascalientes to purchase a tire. I had been in contact with the salesperson, Raúl, who greeted me and asked me to bring my vehicle into the workshop, but the entrance was blocked.
Because of this, Raúl asked if the tire was already removed, which it was, and asked me to hand it over so he could begin changing the tire while the entrance to the workshop was being cleared.
Once I handed him the tire, Raúl went into the workshop, and I followed a few moments later.
At that time, there was no qualified technician available to remove and reinstall the tire, so Raúl proceeded to remove it himself. It was quite clear that he was doing so with great difficulty.
Once the tire was removed, Raúl proceeded to mount the new one. I asked him if it had an outer sidewall, and he replied that it was bidirectional. After mounting it, he left it for the technician to balance.
After the work was completed, I made my payment and left the branch, but the vehicle felt somewhat unstable and there was a vibration in the steering wheel. I stopped to check the tire and noticed two issues:
1. The tire was installed with the inner sidewall facing outward, and
2. The rim was damaged.
I immediately returned to the branch, took my vehicle directly into the workshop, and asked the technicians to inspect the tire. They confirmed that it was indeed installed incorrectly and also verified the damage to the rim.
