We were treated with kindness and they were clear about the time the car inspection would take (15-20 minutes). The wait was pleasant as the atmosphere was comfortable. The mechanics clearly explained the situation with my car, and I think their recommendations were accurate and appropriate. They were very transparent in their diagnosis and repair options, and the guys were careful and professional. I highly recommend them. I'm new to this, and they made me feel understood, haha.

The service was just okay. When they changed some tires for me, they kept them and several other things without asking, saying "what did I need them for?" Also, when you try to contact them by phone, they answer and then hang up.
