They kept the vehicle for 2 days..gave me an estimate then .they said they couldnt do anything to the car.because they didnt find the parts..by the way..took it to Gardel and they got the job done for 2.000.00 pesos less.😈😈😈🍺

Sadly, terrible service. I brought my car in for a tire rotation, alignment, and balancing. 11 a.m., with five cars ahead of me. They said it would take three hours, and at 1 p.m., they called me saying it needed brake pads and if they could change them. I said yes. At 5 p.m., I arrived with only two cars left, one other and mine. Without having had my tires rotated, I'm now waiting for it to be done at 6 p.m.
This is the second time this has happened to me with D'Lago. The first time was exactly the same, but at the northern branch. When I arrived, they hadn't done anything four hours later.
Last time I'll stop by this place.

Terrible service (Oct. 16, 2025).
They supposedly aligned the car, but at 80 km/h it vibrates and pulls to one side.
They did a minor service and didn't install a wheel well liner.
I only realized it when I got a flat tire.
