I bought a tire and wheel kit for my truck. One accessory for my wheels was missing, which they said they would order and let me know when it was ready. They never responded again. To make matters worse, when they mounted my new wheels, they stripped one of the lug nuts and said they would call me to replace it, but I never heard back. A bad experience.

My rims were in perfect condition and when I went to have the tires installed and rotated, they handed them over with chipped paint, which is not a big deal compared to the fact that they lost an original wheel stud from my car, a situation that I realized months later since it was missing the stud but had the plastic cap in place. The photographs of the rims were taken the same day before and after installation.

I didn’t like it anymore, at first they were very friendly and I thought they did quality work :/ I took 2 new PIRELLI tires to have them mounted, they charged $480, at first I thought everything was fine but they were leaking air from the sides between the tire and the rim (they don’t have sealant like other branches and they give the excuse that it’s the rims that are bad, I went to another place and there they did it fine) and when I checked it at the other place I realized that one of the tires had been damaged inside when they put it on (I’ll add a photo); I had also paid $200 for a manual alignment (they don’t have a computer one) they only aligned the front and it wasn’t good the steering kept deflecting, I had to take it to another place, at the other place I paid $350 (computer alignment on all 4 wheels) and you could completely feel the difference;
